This is the Majestic Hotel in Saigon. It was the hotel of choice for the Generals during the war. I see a Cuban Cigar in my future.
This is the Angkor Waht Resort and Spa in Cambodia. It is a little know resort very near the temples (meaning we were able to get a good price). Their web site is worth a look.

Angkor Palace Resort and Spa is not really little known, as it's a huge complex, a bit further from Angkor Wat than other hotels. I know the owners and they come from monied Chinese families. (I even tutored one of the owners for a short period) It's a beautiful facility with great work being done to ensure high quality hospitality and service. Many of my hotel & tourism students were pleased with their internships at his resort.
